Starting Student Teaching

Today is the day that I finally start my student teaching. After 6 and a half years of going to school at Brigham Young University, I'm entering the final stage of my education. We had a meeting with Dr. Christensen yesterday in which he laid out what we need to do and can expect as we enter the classroom today. I'm both excited and nervous. The reality that I will be taking over all aspects of the classroom soon is crazy. I'm ready to jump in with both feet and can't wait to be a teacher. I'll post my day one experiences after school today.
